Hassle-Free Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return any undamaged product for a prompt refund within 10 days from the receipt of shipment; the only exception is personalized or custom made items. Defective items will be dealt with on an individual basis. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Handbags Etc will not pay for the return shipping costs.

What Else Do I Need To Know?

• You can return unused items sold by Handbags Etc within 10 days from the receipt of shipment. All items must be in the condition you received them with all hang tags attached and in the original box.
• Your form of payment will be credited for the price of the item and any taxes. This credit will not include any original shipping charges. Your credit will appear after Handbags Etc has received and processed your returned item through our return procedure.
• Credit card companies vary on the time it takes for credit to appear on their customers' records. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
